I purchased AutoCAD LT 2013 as a subscription online in 7/2015 and am just now trying to activate it. I gone through my account online looking for the serial number as well as the 'Fulfillment' email and am not finding the serial number. It has been purchased and paid for and I have the confirmation emails from the purchase, but nowhere am I finding the information I need to activate the product and get it working. I've tried all of the help prompts for activation and all of them lead to needing the serial number but none of them tell me where I can find mine. I would love to speak with a person to direct me where I need to go to find the information I purchased, but am not finding a phone number and Autodesk has not replied to my requests for help online. If someone could offer some guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, my iMAc running Os X Lion can't accept a more recent version than 2013 of Autocad Mac. I've downloaded Autocad 2013 Mac from the Virtual Agent, but I have no serial number and Product key. When I open Autocad a 'License Activation ' window opens and asks me to activate Autocad. To activate I need a serial number and a Product key. I've just had a chat with an Autodesk person and the conclusion was that I would obtain a S/N and Product Key for Autocad 2015. But I can't run Autocad 2015.

I'm going in circles So, where can I find a S/N and a product key for AUTOCAD 2013 FOR MAC? Or what can I do to bypass this activation window? First of all if you never owned the 2013 version or had access to it in the past, than you will not be issued a serial # for it. The 2013 product lines is retired and no longer supported by Autodesk. In the coming weeks the 2014 version will be retired as well.
